Beautiful product and excellent Customer service
This rose is beautifully made the medallion is exactly what was expected and the colors are vibrant and really well thought out with the design. I love the real rose concept having the real thorns and leaves as well. Would absolutely recommend and purchase again!Had a slight mishap with shipping (not sellers fault) contacted the customer service and spoke with Noah. with haste, professionalism and some of most genuine curtesy I’ve ever experienced in retail. My dilemma was handled quickly and fixed before the holidays! Not only do I highly love the product but the professionalism and level of empathy this companies customer service provides I dare say it should be a base model for every company in every industry across the board!
