This snow globe is absolutely beautiful. I bought it as a gift for my daughter, and she loves it. The color changing feature is lovely, and the tune it plays is very beautiful and soothing. (Watch video) It was packaged very well, which kept the item in perfect condition during delivery. I would definitely recommend this snow globe as a gift for someone special or even for yourself!

We purchased this for our daughter and granddaughter a couple of months ago as a gift. Our daughter loved it. The song is perfect, the globe is just gorgeous, the lights change as they should, and it's on the weightier side, so keep it in a safe spot away from the edge of a shelf, window sill, curio cabinet, etc. The globe itself works as a water globe should, and it's price is perfect. It is a super high quality gift, and just about any young lady.
This musical snow globe is much prettier in person.The snow globe is so pretty, it lights up and it plays a song ( you are my sunshine ). I got this for my daughter for her birthday and she absolutely loves it.The quality is very good, it has some weight to it and it doesn't feel cheap. The size of it is large, about what you'd expect a full size snow globe to be.It comes in a nice box and well packed with Styrofoam to keep it safe during shipment so it's ready to be wrapped and gifted as soon as you receive it, or you can keep it for yourself :).Everything on it functions as it should, the windup piece doesn't get stuck, the music is clear and loud enough to be heard and the lights give it a nice light up effect.Overall I'm very happy I was able to receive this product to review. It is absolutely beautiful.In my opinion this carousel musical snow globe is a good value and I would recommend this product!
This is a very pretty music box that is extremely well painted.At first inspection, I felt that it was a bit light on the "snow" part, but I changed my mind.The rotation and music playing is activated by a wind-up mechanism in the base, but it does not rotate or play music for very long (maybe a minute?). The music is clear and loud enough to be heard in the hall outside the child's bedroom.On the base is also (along side the winding mechanism and the access to the battery compartment) the switch that turns on the lights. The lights change colors as the carousel turns, and reflect off of the "snow" which is stirred up by the turning. Here's why I changed my mind about the issue of "not enough snow" -- when the lights are changing colors, there are swirls of the lights reflecting off the "snow flakes", and if there were more of the snow flakes, along with the rotation and the changing colors, it would be "too much". The manufacturer made a good decision when the decided how much snow to incorporate in this gorgeous snow globe! The lights are powered by a "button battery" (included), so I don't know for sure how long that will last.Since this globe appears to be "real glass", and the internal horses (not unicorns!) and multi-layer cake appear to be ceramic, I think this globe will stand the test of time, as long as it is not dropped (like by a young child wanting to "see it closer"). so many globes have nice, but scratchable globes, so I think this one with glass will be more durable, and will be a nice addition to my wife's growing collection!
This music box plays "You Are My Sunshine". The quality of the music is very good and clear. This music box has unicorns on a carousel, which is beautifully hand painted with very detailed artwork. The colors are bright and vibrant. The globe has glitter in it, making is very pretty while the music is playing. The carousel turns when the music plays, while the single unicorn inside the globe stays in place. The globe is made from thick glass and appears very well-made and durable. This will make a very nice gift for a girl of any age. I put this in my china cabinet with my other music boxes, and it looks absolutely beautiful. This is a very good value for the money considering the detailed work that it put in to the craftsmanship of this beautiful music box. Highly recommended.
It has some weight to it. It's a beautiful masterpiece. Each horse is detailed to perfection and it spins like a real carousel when the music plays.It came with batteries. It takes a couple of the small circle ones. The music is wind up like a traditional music box. The music doesn't play long. It goes through the song once before slowing down. I don't mind that because it would get really repetitive if it were "ON", lol. There's no way to control the volume of the music but it's just the right loudnessThere is an on/off switch that controls the lights. The light changes colors at a steady pace allowing you to enjoy it. The lights are entertaining and I love that you can keep it on and there is no timer for it. They're LED bright but the hue that it gives off isn't overwhelmingly bright.It's a great size. I'm giving it my daughter as a gift for her 7th birthday. It looks handmade. It feels delicate and has to be handled with care.The asking price for something crafted like this is reasonable.
