These are great. Make sure to get the measurement right. I mounted them within the window frame so was able to peel off the decorative trim on the ends to make them fit but it was tight (my fault, should have shaved off 1/4" on the measurement.) All is glitchy with echo devices. Sometimes I have to repeat commands a couple of times.
Installation was easy. The blinds look good. Just as expected. Customer service was superb. Quick response and very helpful.We converted the hardwire option to the battery operated system and the conversion was very easy. Yoolax has great videos to help with the process. We are having a bit of an issue with connecting to Alexa. We bought the Bond hub and it worked once - but we haven’t figured out how to get it to work again.The blinds work great - love the remote. Would highly recommend Yoolax. I think the Alexa issue is an user error!
Customer service is top notch. They are available on whatsapp for any questions. After installation, which was easy, I realized light still came in from sides, even though I ordered bigger than my window size as recommended. After talking to customer service they sent me light blocking sidepieces in matching color and size. That improved the blackout greatly. Been using it for 2 months and never had a problem.
