Been a little over a few months since we've bought this. There's not much shedding, the carpet is thick (even after a few cleanings and vaccum sessions!) and it's undeniably soft and plush. It looks just like the picture, too. The only downside is, we'll, some bits are white–no fault of the manufacturer at all, just know thst if this is in a high tread area, it'll inevitably get a tad stained.
