This is a beautiful frame that really sets off a picture. It's good quality and good value for the money. It includes hardware to hang on the wall. It's a perfect size for an 8" X 10" picture. The inner gold plastic frame on the mat sets off the picture nicely. The white mat can be painted on to set off the picture with a different color as I did with this art work. I would buy this frame again.

It's nice. The inner black frame is black plastic~I thought from the photo it was wood. Also, the picture you put in there doesn't lie flat because of that black, plastic thing. But I put tape on all 4 sides, so it looks okay.
