Exceeds expectations!

Goodness, this platter/centerpiece significantly exceeds my expectations. It is literally exactly as pictured, with none of the creative liberties taken in the photos to make it appear bigger or higher quality than it actually is. The peonies should be worth the price on their own -- they are beautiful, not cheap looking, and very "full." They also give you MORE than you really need for this little set, which is the opposite of what I've come to expect. The wood is of course not some glorious hardwood, but not cheap or fake looking. The string lights are really cute although the way I've installed them makes them hard to access if I want to turn then on or off. For my purposes, I don't really need the lights, so we'll just see how long they last. I've set this up in the "client-facing" bathroom in our new office building, and they give a great farmhouse effect without being too girly. Definitely worth the price, you won't be disappointed.

It was very easy to put together; getting the lights in the two clear jars was a bit challenging, but it just takes a little patience. It looks very pretty both with and without lights, but it gives a cozy ambience at night when the lights are dimmed and the jars are lit. The flowers are very pretty and of good quality. They can easily be removed and replaced with other flowers based on the season. This arrangement is a great value for the money, and I would buy a second one.
