First you may think MEH, then experience living with and cleaning it, and you're like YES PLEASE!

4.8 stars for item being as described and meeting expectations.From a run down on colors to her freaky water test, Mrs Aloha Friday tells you everything you need to know in the video, so make sure you've got the volume on!It's an inexpensive rug and feels a little weird at first if you're not experienced with washable rugs. She almost returned her first one and now is filling the house with them. They have very short pile (height of the yarn or thread) to more easily wash and dry in a machine, BUT, what it also does is repel spills and pet hair because they can't penetrate into the short, super dense fibers. The function far outweighs the form to her. Keeping things easy to clean makes life more simple, and that leaves more time for fun and happiness! She also loves the short pile because it FEELS cleaner in general by not trapping all sorts of grime in it. She's convinced me! ;o)There are shades of emerald and forest green, with light and medium mint subdued by warm olives and khakis, and eggplant to add some pizazz. Mrs AF doesn't LOVE mint, but it works somehow in this design. Still, it's her least favorite about the rug. No, the green trim is, she said. It's brighter and doesn't feel cohesive, and she doesn't like the thread or yarn used, but it's common in many less expensive rugs.She put several objects in the photos to provide contrast and ideas. The soda can is for something you might recognize and compare.This rug is a 2x8 and fits in our Samsung front loaders. I don't know what size they are off the top of my head, but they're the "normal" household size as far as I know. Mrs AF washes the rugs on cold, 5 spin cycles, and air fluff dryer with virtually no heat. The bottoms of the rugs are rubbery, so she doesn't want to add a lot of heat and warp them. You also don't need a rug pad because the rugs stay nicely on hard wood and tile, in her opinion. If you want a more plush feel, you'll want a rug pad. These are extremely soft, but thin by their nature.Hope this helps! Aloha!

This rug is okay overall. The size is accurate to the listing, but it’s not the most practical for American homes with average-width hallways - it just kind of gets swallowed up by the space.
