Stuff works wonders!
Yay! Finally my crazy dogs can get the zoomies without rearranging all of the rugs in my house! My rugs do not budge and I don’t have to worry about anyone tripping on lifted corners. They were super easy to apply. Not sure if I would stick this to anything other than concrete or tile though. Will probably destroy vinyl but I’m not sure.

Not safe for carpet to carpet! Misleading.
Not good for area rug to carpet. It stuck to well on my carpet and not at all on area rug. Waste of time and money. It says for carpet to carpet, but I wouldnt recommend it. Not sure what I'll use now, but this definitely wasn't the answer. Do not buy. I wish I could get my money back, but im still trying to figure out how to get them off my carpet without destroying it.Update it ripped up my carpet! Do not use this stuff on carpet! Im so made it cant see straight! I just wanted something that would hold down my area rug, and the description says its safe for carpet to carpet. Don't be fooled like I was! I hope everyone that is thinking of buying this reads this review first! I wouldnt even use this on hardwood or linoleum, it leaves behind a sticky residue that does not come off. Id rate this a negative 100 stars if I could!

This is the only product I found that would adhere a throw rug to your carpeting. I manage an apartment community and we have a throw rugs at the entryway with rubber matting on the back. The rug was constantly sliding around this does it here very well, but when I went to reposition the rug because it did start buckling a little bit, I had a horrible time pulling the tape up. I was going to try and use these in my own home on my wood floors but now I’m a little concerned that it might damage the flooring but if you’re looking for something that’s going to stick and stay well this is the product for you.

Very sticky but not effective
I'll give it to them that they're sticky, but holy cow they ruined the rug I stuck them to. They didn't stay in place on the rug and instead ripped the underside of it which pulled some of the design from the front through it. The pads stuck extremely well to my carpeted floor...to the point it almost ruined it when I tried to remove them. They do NOT come up easy and I was worried I'd tear the carpet.
