This is real sheepskin. Comes vacuum sealed. Does have an odor which doesn't bother me since I got it for added comfort on my motorcycle. Fits a Harley touring seat perfectly. Soft and non slip backing. Color is great. Great product for the price. A friend has already ordered the same skin.
Beautiful sheep pelt. Be aware that you will need to air it out for a few days before laying out.
My handsome old man Kitty kneading on this rug. He is 17 years old. He approves!! Actually I am giving him some grace this time but I don't want anyone touching it lol
This sheepskin is made in China. I bought two from different vendors. This one has a slick artificial feel. At first I thought it was a fake. Upon close inspection, I saw that it is a genuine sheepskin. I don't like the feel of it and the back is very stiff. I am returning it and will purchase the other brand.
The two white sheepskin hides I received are lovely but the leather part of the hide is too soft/thin for my liking. I am using them on a project the requires a bit more body to the leather. I have purchased many of these from different companies and this is the most soft one I've seen. By soft, I specifically mean the leather part.
Absolutely love this rug! Very high quality! Soft and lots of cushion. Looks so cool in my room.
