nice looking paper tassel garland
Nice looking paper tassel garland. It looked just like the picture in the listing.The material is thin tissue paper. It's fine as a one time decoration but probably won't last a long time if being moved a lot.It came unassembled in 3 packs of 5 tassels each, and took about 30 minutes to put together. I thought the instructions to make the tassels were okay. The first one was a little fiddly, but after that the rest were easy to make. Separating the tissue paper was the hardest part, but lightly wetting my finger tip helped a lot.I used it in a backdrop for birthday portraits, and it looked great. Plenty long for my purpose. If you want to decorate a big space you'll need more than one probably.I thought it was good value for the price and I would buy them again.

Use as a tassel garland and not as a balloon tail.
I purchased 10 17” round balloons and thought these tassels would be perfect to add as a tail. I purchased 2 packs of 40 to have a 5’ tail for each balloon. I assembled these the night before. After you roll the tassel to make the loop they give you THE SMALLEST twist ties to tie it together. I had to tie 2 of the ties together to give myself a decent length In order to use with ease. After rolling 3 tassels, I realized they felt a little heavy and was concerned they would weigh the balloon down. So I started reducing the tassels to half (2-3 sheets each) thinking this would be enough. By the way there’s no instructions on how to use these as ballon tassels. The next morning, I strung together 5 tassels and added it to the balloon. The balloon fell to the ground. So I removed 1 - still fell to the ground. Removed another - still fell to the ground. I finally reduced it to 1 tassel (which only had 3 sheets) and it barely floated. After searching around on the web I discovered that you have to roll each individual sheet (there are 5 sheets per tassel). And then only 3 will work as a tail. Needless to say, I didn’t use the tassels at all. I’m sure the tassels will work fine if you’re using it as a garland. I would advise to still roll each sheet individually, it’s what I found on other sites. The directions that come with the packet are poorly illustrated and don’t have any descriptions. Good luck!

Cute! Assembly required
I was a little intimidated before putting these together but they were actually pretty simple and the directions were easy to follow! I liked that I could customize the pattern and how many tassels to use for my son’s high chair birthday banner. I had several leftover to use another time. The only thing is that only the gold is metallic, whereas I thought they all would be a shiny metallic material. Still cute though!
