I love this rug!!

I absolutely love this rug - it has such a cool pattern and the size is perfect for our living room. It's very thin and fuzzy. The cats love it haha - I like that the material can't be chewed very well by them. Our old rug was a bit fuzzier and the cats were pulling out a love of the fuzz and getting it everywhere. No issues with this one and I really love the design!! The slip resistance is great - we specifically got it so that we could play with our cats in the living room without them slipping on the hardwood floor.

Very Soft But... Different Vacuum Needed

I actually do use reviews on certain products so I am hoping this will help someone. This rug is beautiful! I'm a marble look fan and so I was instantly drawn to all the colors. They are very vivid even more so after I washed it. I purchased the blue one, but it has more turquoise and teal in it than blue. I like all of those colors but if you are expecting true blue throughout, you may be surprised. It is a thinner rug, so there's not a much padding as with thicker area rugs. When I unpacked it, it did have a rubber smell to it which did go away after the washing. The instruction card that came with it said to do frequent vacuuming to help prevent dirt from settling deep in the rug. When I went to vacuum it, however, my vacuum had too much suction and the rug actually jammed the roller. I ended up getting a $40 stick vacuum which actually works pretty well. I have 3 big dogs that love to lay on any rug so I knew I was going to have to vacuum a lot. The fact that this 5 x 7 rug is washable is a huge plus. I did see some pretty significant creases in the rug when I first unpacked it, but between the washing and just being laid flat the creases have vanished. I did also purchase a gorilla gripper piece that goes under the whole rug. The rug does have a bit of a rubber backing already on it, however with 3 dogs running around on it I knew it would not stay in place without a little something extra. The backing may be enough if the rug is under something heavy like a table or if you are a small pet/no pet household. If you are considering this rug, remember that it's washable! And under $70! Those 2 things alone make it worth it.

Lovely rug, fills the space well

This rug looks great! It's so thin that it actually arrives folded up! Once unfolded, there are very minor, almost indistinguishable folds in it, but they do flatten out on their own in a few days without the need to stretch it out or put weights on the edges. The design looks accurate tot he product listing, too, which is always good when ordering anything online. It feels sort of a mix between plush and velvet. It has just a high enough shag for your to dig your toes / hands into, but not cover them. I really like how easy this is to wash, too, either by hand or tossed entirely into the washing machine. There has not been any pilling or excess shedding so far. Would be great for the center of an office or living room.

It’s an okay rug.

I really like the look of the rug. Unfortunately, it’s very thin and definitely needs padding underneath unless you are putting it on top of an existing carpet. I have hardwood floor so I had to purchase padding. It is also hard to vacuum without the rug pulling up. I purchased it because it was a good price for the size I needed and I like the pattern. I don’t think I would buy one of these type of rugs again because it’s so hard to vacuum.
