I love these scenes when I seen them and knew they would look perfect in my newly make over half bathroom. When I received them one of the candles was barely working, it was way dimmer than the other. I did make sure to change out the batteries to verify that was not the issue.I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond and let me know they would be sending me out a replacement immediately. I received it within 2 days and was able to replace the one that wasn’t working. Super cute and easy to install. Remote allows you to easily turn it on whenever or once on you can hit a time frame (4+hours) and they will stay on until that amount of time passes. The lights will then turn back on at that same time of day for as long as the battery works! Very convenient to have them turn on when it’s getting dark without you having to do anything! Lights worked on the same set of batteries running for 6 hours everyday for almost 5 months.
