Elegant and Affordable Wall Accent!
These candle sconces are exactly what I was looking for! They have a clean, modern design with just the right touch of farmhouse charm. My home had a transition space that needed a little extra light for safe navigation at night. I started looking for either a sconce, a shelf or something to place some extra light. This candle holder set fit the bill. Instead of candles, I ordered some motion sensor rechargeable night lights that I didn’t want to attach directly to the wall (it’s nice that the lights also function as hand held flashlights when the power goes out). Although this candle holder set came with black screws for mounting, I used some metal coat hooks to up the aesthetics. Side note: Since they are double candle holders, they need to have some museum putty or something to keep the holder from becoming unbalanced if removing only one light. The reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was that one is slightly offset and not completely flush to the wall. You can’t see it, but I know it’s there. I’d definitely recommend these, but caution that I’m not the only person who has mentioned this flaw. These are similar to others, but they don’t have the little spike on the holder to help keep candles upright and stable, which is what I wanted since I was not going to use actual candles. Good purchase!
