Makes your table look elegant and expensive.

These Volens Hurricane Glass Candle Holders made the nicest elegant looking centerpieces. It comes in a set of three. I used these for my daughter's wedding because she wanted to use real candles instead of the flameless candles. I had to get the venue to approve these candle holders, because we had to show that no wax would leak out of the vase onto the tablecloth. These did the trick and made the nicest elegant looking centerpieces. Would highly recommend and purchase again.

Didn't all fit together!

Loved the simplicity and versatility of these candle holders! However, one of the hurricanes did not fit properly over the base and I actually had to tape down. Here's a picture of one of the candles that did fit properly! Definitely recommend melting the bottom of the candle to hold it steady in the base.Most likely, the misfit was likely a one off, because I love the other two hurricane/holders. Creates a beautiful glow in the dark!

No more dripped, dripless candles!

At home, we love preparing delicious dinners together, and enjoying them with soft music, fresh flowers, a nice bottle of wine, and of course, beautiful candlelight. While we only buy dripless candles, it turns out they’re actually not so dripless if your HVAC system creates drafts from the ceiling that can reach the flames of the candles. As you can see in one of my photos, even a nice quality dripless candle will become pretty messy if air is constantly blowing on it while it’s lit.These fluted Hurricane Glass Candle Holders turned out to be a perfect solution. You put the candle in the included candle holder slip the beautiful glass cylinder over the candle and onto the holder, and then light the candle inside.It’s then fully protected from any drafts and the first time we used them we noticed that all of the candles were burning evenly, even though some were much closer to the HVAC vent then the others.These really do look beautiful sitting on our table, and there are three of them included in the set. The glass is easy to clean when necessary, and I expect our candles will now burn significantly longer than they did in open air. Plus, the soft glow is actually very pretty and adds a lovely romantic touch to our dinner table.

Pretty, glow-diffusing, flame-shielding candle chimneys

The fluted texture of the glass column chimney is really quite lovely. At 12.5 inches / 31.75cm tall, the three of them can set a long table, or create a dramatic clustered centerpiece. They come with the glass taper holder that fits almost too exactly inside the columns. In one case, one of mine got stuck inside – a gentle tap with the palm of my hand against the opposite end was enough to push it out again, and the other end wasn't so snug a fit.The cylinder is 3 inches wide (about 7.5cm) and the base will hold a 10 inch (25.5cm) taper candle. While lit, the textured glass throws gorgeous shadows that dance with the candlelight. (The second photo was take with no flash and no light in the room other than the candles.) The top of the chimney *does* get hot from the heat of the candle, so keep that in mind when you're placing them.In addition to how nice they look both in use and not, they are also very carefully packaged against breakage. And even though it is a bulky way to store them if you don't intend to keep them out every day, the inserts in the box were designed exactly for them.I absolutely recommend these, they are pretty and functional, and will set a lovely table.
