Love this product. I’m in the process of redoing my office and wanted to display my record collection around the room. I have installed with the 3M strips and screws. Here’s my take:-3M: The success rate is 50/50. If you have a heavy gatefold album on the mount, the strip will stay on the wall, but will peel away from the wood over time. If you place a lighter single album on the mount, things will hold just fine. YMMV. Keep in mind, the strips are super adhesive to your wall. If you attempt to remove it…do so SLOWLY! You will peel away your paint and potentially the sheetrock paper underneath. You have been warned.-Screw mount: 100% success rate. Looks great and can withstand the weight of heavier albums. Through trial and error I decided to go with the screw mounting.I had one minor issue that was address promptly by the service team. 5 stars for the product and service. Your experience will be based on your method of install and your patience. Highly recommended product from a solid company!

Look great- install challenging with provided equipment
Love the look but the double sided tape that came with the product is garbage. My record fell the very next day. You will need to either install with the provided screws or buy your own better double sided tape.

Super Easy instal!!
UPDATE: The 3M stick pad only lasted for 2 days before the shelf starting tipping and records were falling off. Not a big deal, I just need to nail them into the wall which was anticipated anyway.I love the look of the wooden shelf (vs clear which a lot of vinyl is being displayed on)! Plus, they came with 3M heavy duty wall stickers which made for super easy install! And bc it’s holding a fairly light record, it’s plenty of stick.

Good product for what it is. You can spend a lot more for a handmade version of this in real hardwood, but it would cost 10x as much and you wouldn't be able to notice the difference without looking at it from 6 inches awayDon't try to use the adhesive strips though, these need to be secured with screws or nails. With just the adhesives it can't even support its own weight, and definitely not the weight of a record. Basically a waste of packaging and materials to even include them in the box.

First, I’d like to say that I’m impressed with the product design—it’s well-crafted and thoughtfully made. However, I would caution others to avoid the mistake I made. It’s essential to use the screws provided and securely anchor the product to the wall as intended. The included adhesive strips are not effective; they fail to adhere properly to the product itself but bond to the wall excessively.Unfortunately, records weighing less than 2 pounds fell off the wall because I opted for the adhesive strips to minimize damage to my rental walls. Despite this intention, damage still occurred. When removing the adhesive strips, they pulled off paint and parts of the wall, leaving behind residue.While the product is overall high quality, I would recommend rethinking the inclusion of adhesive strips, as they undermine the ease-of-use aspect and may cause unintended damage. Completely messed up our wall.
Really disappointed that these completely ripped the plaster off of our walls. The adhesives were not sticky enough to keep the shelves actually on the wall, but so sticky that when they fell off, the plaster came off the walls with them. Still can’t figure out a way to get a refund for this product.
