The perfect father's day gift for the dads that just can't admit they are getting old. It is very funny, well designed, and the vintage plate makes the sign perfect for the shop, garage, or office. The sign does not bend too easily, but it will if you put enough force behind it. My husband had to bend it a little to fit to the round pillar in the garage.
I gave this away as a fun present for my roommate. I was disappointed to see that the design is entirely flat. No textures, so it looses a lot of charm. It's just a flat piece of some king of metal, printed. Even though he loved it and has it on display inside his office. I was hoping he put it on the door, for everyone to see and laugh but no. I just adore this tin sign. It truly is made with the best tin in tinsel strength so it’s bendable but not too easily. The coloring is true to what is being ordered along with the humorous saying. The price point is more than fair for what you are getting. The size is true to its word being a 12” x 6” tin sign.
I ordered this CHCdecor vintage license plate metal sign with the saying, I'm Not Mean, I'm Spicy Nice. It absolutely cracks me up! There is a hole at each corner of the sign to use for hanging or installing on a vehicle. I put mine on my large corkboard with my other signs and used push pins/tacks to secure it. The sign is printed on the aluminum, there is no texture and the letters are not raised. The variety of colors and different look for each letters gives it the feel of being made from old license plates. There are several different messages that can be ordered to suit just about anyone. The price is good and this would make a fun, nice gift. I'm going to order some of these for gifts for my friends.
I have a friend who restores and shows vintage cars. He has a birthday coming up and I though this would be great. It has such a nostalgic feel to it. It's made out of strong aluminum which makes it waterproof and rust proof and the size is perfect to actually put on a car you don't drive (or a front plate). It has pre-drilled holes so you can hang it on the wall inside or out.The printing is digital so it won't chip off or distort. It really surprised me that it was printed and flat because the shading and highlighting of each letter is perfect. I'm really excited to give this to him, I know he love it.
This is a cute sign in the style of old license plates, but it is just color printing on aluminum so it doesn't have the texture of signs made from actual license plates. From any distance, though. It looks very realistic. I got this as a 50th birthday present for a car enthusiast. It will be perfect hanging in his garage. The 4 slots in the sign make it easy to hang with screws or on hooks if you like to rotate your decor. I'm happy with this sign.
While this chaotic style is definitely not to my taste, I got it as a gift for my roommate who will love it. He always says he's blessed and highly favored when I ask how he's doing.This piece is about the size of a car's license plate and feels like thin metal. The letters aren't raised but they have a differently textured paint or coating on them, and the colors are quite bright and vibrant. While it's quite thin it's sturdy and I don't think it will easily bend. Hanging it on a wall would be very simple with a command strip or velcro picture hanging strip.
