This comes rolled, so it was ready to put down right away. It laid flat within 24 hours and fills my dining room perfectly. It feels great on bare feet, and it gives a cozy warm vibe. I’m using rug corners with it so it stays in place on my hardwood floor, and that’s working well. I’ve vacuumed it successfully with my cordless stick vacuum multiple times. Very lightweight rugs don’t cooperate well with my stick vacuum, but this one does well, with no wrinkling or getting “eaten” by the beater bar of the vacuum head. It’s hard to even find a rug of this size, and this is a great price for a very nice rug. I can’t imagine trying to actually wash it like in a washing machine, purely due to size, but spot cleaning (I have cats) has gone just fine so far.

Beautiful, But Not Non-Slip

This rug is absolutely beautiful! The colors go with everything in the living room of my son's new house (a log cabin) without being too bold. It's not overly soft or thick, but it serves its purpose very well. It covers the wooden floors, making it very comfortable to walk on, it helps with the overall sound in the room, and it just gives his living room a nice, cozy feel.The overall quality is absolutely wonderful! I only wish that the bottom was non-slip. My son has two cats that love to play. When they come racing into the living room, occasionally they'll slide on one of the corners of the rug, and my son is constantly fixing it. The listing didn't mention a non-slip bottom, so I'm not going to deduct a star for that. It's beautiful, and the kids love it. My daughter-in-law says that although she hasn't had to wash it yet, spot-cleaning is a breeze, and it's easy to vacuum. Highly recommend this rug!

Comfortable Rug

This rug arrived as a roll in a long box, which may seem tricial but it is much appreciated. I have bought others online that came folded and creased then vacuum pressed into a tiny flat package, so this is a classy move. Just had to unroll it and it was good to go. The carpet just lays flat right away, and looks good. Its a bit classic in its styling but it feels really good on the feet, I put it in the bedroom. With winter setting in the cold wood floor was just too much, I think this rug makes for pretty good insulation comparatively. You can tell this is a high quality rug. Its not super thick like a plush carpet but thick enough you definitely feel it.
