Looks and feels great!

Just received my rug. Love it! I got the one with the blue background. It is everything the 5-star reviewers say it is. It's not quite as thick as I thought it would be but it's plenty thick enough to lie smoothly and feel comfortable beneath my feet. I was uncertain about the shade of red it would be. It looked more like a rust color in the pictures and that is what I was hoping for. Believe me, it is indeed a rust color. it is not crimson or burgundy. And the rust is not bright either, it's sort of muted. It contrasts nicely with the blue. Overall it looks rich and feels great. Well worth the price.

Love the look of my dining room now.

The pattern and color tones are better than the photos. The size (7' round rug) is just right for my small room (7' round rug).The negative aspect of the rug is that it is very thin and the edges do not rest on the floor. I purchased a rug pad primarily to keep the rug from slipping on the hardwood floor, so it is less than a 1/4 inch thick. I had to cut the pad with scissors from an 8' pad (which was 7.6 feet across), leaving a 2-inch overlap of the rug to the pad. The edge of the rug "floats" above the floor about 1/8". I have concluded that the rug is not heavy enough to lie on the floor. Had this been a rug with corners, it would have presented a tripping hazard. Since it is round, I'm less likely to trip on it, as my dining table is centered on it and I don't walk onto the carpet. I didn't want to use a thick carpet under the dining table and chairs, so the situation is OK. The rug was delivered rolled tightly in a plastic wrap, so it took several days of being held flat with weights before I could install it on its pad.

Great quality and look - LOVE

I absolutely love this rug. It’s nice and thin, so it’s not super soft and fluffy, but it’s not hard and is the perfect amount of softness needed for its thickness and size. My daughter loves to play games on it and it is dark enough that it doesn’t show stains. Definitely worth the price (I got it on cyber Monday so not sure what you all are paying).

These are beautiful! They are true to color and even better in person. They are well made but soft. The soft nap reveals subtle shades of blue as it catches light at varying angles.
