I am obsessed with my new rug. I was eyeing one similar that was $800 on wayfair. I have a child and I know within a few years this will be destroyed. Came quickly, had some dents and creases that went away within a day or two. Since having it for 2 weeks it has softened and gotten fluffier. It is truly beautiful, soft and comfortable. Cannot beat the price. This is the yellow in the 10x12 I believe.
Five stars. Excellent quality, fairly thick, easy to vacuum, and it fits perfectly in my room. I live in a 1928 house. There is no insulation under the floors and it is keeping me cozy this winter. The edges don’t curl up either! Seems to be durable though I’ve only had it a few months. Lays perfectly flat. It was a beast to get in my room as I got the biggest one. I adore the look of it. Many prefer hardwood or whatever but I grew up in the 80s. We had carpet in our home; thick luxurious carpet with extra thick padding and this rug makes me so happy! Thanks for making a great product. I will buy another for the living room and hallway runners. Finally a carpet up to my high standards.

This is a follow up review. The first rug I received was not cut straight, it was an uneven rectangle.The seller contacted me, was very responsive and replaced the rug promptly at no charge.The second rug is satisfactory.I like the navy blue color and the feel of the rug is quite soft.
Very soft and the perfect thickness and color!
This rug is perfect!! It came beautifully protected and was easy to open up. It is a perfect height pile -- was afraid it would be too deep, but it's perfect for a bedroom throw rug (3' x 5'). Like my other rug, it does slip a bit but I used the sheet of stuff to prevent slipping and is now perfect. The color is vibrant, vacuums easily and looks beautiful. I would recommend this rug to everyone!
Honest review-Pros-Vibrant color true to advertised picture.Thick and plush under foot.Functions as a rug should.Is a deep thick shag.Looks beautiful.If you ice cube the corners (google it), it corrects corner curling.Cons--The rug measurements are NOT accurate, therefore it is short on one side. This causes the rug to never look even. If you’re like me and stuff like this drives you crazy, BE WARNED!-It arrives folded in a giant square causing unnecessary creases that are virtually impossible to get out! Even after laying flat with nothing on it for days and running a steamer over it to help with natural stretching. I literally let this rug lay flat and “breathe” for a week with nothing on it and there is a crease that will NOT come out!! This could be totally avoided if the seller would ship it rolled and not folded!- It had a very undesirable smell! Once I used my steamer to help with above mentioned crease, it seemed to subside. If you don’t have a steamer though, Im not sure what you’d do to combat it.- There were random, long pieces of White and Grey fibers sticking out of the surface side of the rug. I had to take sharp nippers and meticulously go through and cut them out… Not fun.- If you don’t have a high functioning vacuum designed to work on high shag carpets, you’ll need to get one as this requires cleaning often. Every sticks to it. Without a good vacuum, cleaning is difficult.I started the return process on this rug, but upon reading the instructions I realized I was screwed. In order to return, you have to re-package it in the same manner it was shipped… as big as this rug is, I would have spent the same price buying the plastic tarp to wrap it up in, not to mention it was heavy AF and I would have has to take it to UPS. So essentially I kept it and am trying to make the best of it until I find a replacement.I absolutely would NOT buy this again and do not recommend you buying it either!
