Lovely rug, but tough to get the folds out

I love how the rug looks in my southwestern themed office. It is a beautiful color and is easy to clean. I would give it five stars except that it has taken months to get the fold out of the rug. I have tried folding/rolling it the opposite direction, placing extremely heavy flat items on it (for days at a time), and using steam. Although the fold is now less obvious, it still sticks up a little.

Beautiful Rug....True Colors of the Brown/Lt. Brown choice Described Here

First off this rug is beautiful and soft. Nice thight weave and it feels like a nice thick rug. Excellent value for the price and I could not be happier. That says a lot.Now as far as the color goes I am an artist and I know my colors...the middle area of this rug is not a "light brown" like maybe a paper bag color...The middle area of this beautiful rug is Taupe...which is a neutral color that falls between Brown and Grey. It has flecks of beige in it. It is definitely on the cool side of brown, not the warm side.. It is a gorgeous color. The brown on the border is a true Dark Brown, the color of bittersweet chocolate. So...if you are wanting a rug that is "light brown" in the classic "tan" brown this color will not be for you. I expected it to be the lighter brown, but actually I am super happy with the color that it is.
