6 month rug. Not worth the money.

Super disappointing 6-month rug. Not worth the money.I expected the color to fade, and it did. After the very first wash. That wasn't the problem. I had this rug in a low foot traffic area. It's just the rug under my computer chair. Just my feet on it while I'm sitting at my computer, and no walking on it at all. Still, after just 6 months the edges started curling up. After the second wash, golf ball sized lumps of lint collected in the corners, inside the rug (between its top and bottom layers), causing the corners to lift off the floor as well. 12 months after purchase the edges curled up like the brim of a cowboy hat, and a giant wrinkle formed across the center of the rug. Big enough to stop the wheels of an office chair from rolling over it.

TRICK FOR WRINKLES. Hated it, now Love it!!

At first, I was upset because the package came folded and vacuum sealed. So upon opening, there was several creases in the rug and I was afraid they'd never come out. Here's how to fix it!!! Get a water spray bottle and spray the rug so it becomes very damp (not soaking wet, but you want it to be pretty wet all over). Then, throw the rug in your dryer and tumble dry on low heat for half an hour. Take rug out, lay out flat and within a couple days all the wrinkles will be gone. I hated the rug at first but now I'm in love. It's so comfy to lay on too because it's almost like a squishy memory foam material.

WOOOWZA

I got this yesterday and I’ve sat several heavy things in certain areas that are curled or bent to straighten out. It’s straightening out well except the corners. It looks like they might have a permanent crease on all 4 corners. I wish I had a steamer to loosen it up faster. I will update in a few days how things have changed!But so far, I will say it’s absolutely gorgeous though, it’s got that soft quality and comfort feeling you want. Honestly I wish I could get this in a tapestry or even a 2 1/2ft wide X 9ft long rug. I haven’t tried washing or cleaning, as it recommends dry cleaning on the tag. I don’t want to ruin anything that will take away the flowing effects.
