Beware the Protective Film
I bought this as a gift for my partner and it truly delivers. The acrylic looks clean and the engraving is crisp. It honestly feels thought out and lands emotionally instead of screaming “last-minute gift.” It works great anywhere you want that gentle reminder of your love.That said… the protective film on the front deserves a small warning label. There was no easy starting tab or corner to grab, and it was far more stubborn than similar acrylic products I’ve bought. I fought with it much longer than I’d like to admit, and in the process managed to scratch the acrylic (which my partner immediately noticed, and was ready to blame the quality of the object … until I admitted it was on me). Either way, it was frustrating, especially since the rest of the product is so nicely done.Once freed from its plastic prison, it looks great and I’m still happy with the purchase. Just take extra care when removing the film and maybe use a softer tool instead of brute force like I did. 😅Overall, a really nice gift with good presentation and quality… just wish the protective film removal wasn’t a mini boss battle.

Really cute, romantic keepsake gift for the King in your life.WHAT I LIKE- at about 3.5" x 3.5" it's perfectly sized for display on a desk, dresser or shelf without taking up too much room or overwhelming the space- it's made to stand up by itself, precisely cut from 1/2" acrylic- message is sweet without being overly wordy- attractive enough to display without being gaudyWHAT I DON'T LIKE- i subtracted one star because I had a lot of trouble removing the protective film. there's no tab or extended edge to start from, so it took me several anxious and frustrating minutes because I know that if you're not careful it's easy to scratch the surface. i placed it in a gift ready felt pouch after removing protective film.

This item arrives in a box with an actual heart shape cut-out in it, so it can basically be ready for gift-giving as-is.I do like this product. It's not too big for a desk or a shelf--it's not an overwhelming product, in other words. The plaque itself is also a heart that sits flat on a FLAT surface.PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL NEED TO PEEL OFF THE PLASTIC ON THE FRONT OF THE PLAQUE FOR THE PIECE TO APPEAR CLEARLY-READABLE!!! And it will not be the easiest thing to peel off, but once you get a corner up, you'll see it will come right off. Once you take it off, the glass is clear and no longer a "smoky" color.I do like the product, and I appreciate that it lives up to the product description. I kind of wish there was some color to the product--but since it is a gift for a male, I think the plain white and clear may be more suitable.Either way, I really like this product and find it more than appropriate for that special man in my life, especially when it feels like he has everything he needs and he's hard to buy for. Also, not only is it a clear message that I love him, it's also an encouraging piece--so if he sets it somewhere he can see it more often, he'll know I was thinking of him (and I'll know he's thinking of me!!).Definitely a 5-star review for me.

My first impression was that it was very light weight. It's made from an acrylic I think, where I originally thought it was glass. I should have read the description better. But it is nicely made.
