Too many bumps in the road

The roads on this thing are as bumpy as the back roads in the small town I live in. It will not flatten out. My grand baby has tripped a dozen times now. It’s adorable and good size but it should have been sent rolled not folded. I’m returning it. It’s pointless the way it is.
