Pricey? Yes. Worth it? YES!
I purchased this for several diffuser jars in my new house to make that “new house” smell more welcoming. And it IS. I was able to divide this bottle among three different diffusers, and the scent is fresh, crisp, and herbal in a GOOD way, and you catch little whiffs of the scent as soon as you walk into the room. It’s not overwhelming or artificial, just very fresh and inviting. It is a bit pricey for the size of the bottle, but my house smells so darn good, I feel it’s money well spent.

I love this scent
This is the real thing. I keep reeds soaked in this in my guest bath and everyone comments on how it smells so good. And doesn't make me sneeze as a lot of scents do. Long lasting.

The fresh cut basil scent is nauseating
If you’re looking for something that has a STRONG scent and is going to cover a lot of area, this is for you. If overwhelming scents make you nauseous, stay away from the fresh cut basil scent. When I first opened it I thought meh, smells ok I guess? It’s kind of a green/almost citrus, I don’t even really know how to completely describe it but it’s just not for me. I figured since I didn’t really like the scent I’d at least try putting it in one of our bathrooms where the door mostly stays closed and I don’t use it that often so I wouldn’t have to smell it constantly. Nope, the scent permeated throughout 1/2 of the house and in the rooms near that bathroom. I’m going to have to toss it out. Aside from the awful smell, obviously the diffuser works great considering I can’t get away from the smell and it looks nice overall?
