Not sturdy, much smaller diameter than expected.

These are not sturdy, barely strong enough to hold a towel, and they want to come unwound when you try to over-tighten them; however, it's hard to find a full-size rod in this smaller length. My fix: I bought some $3 rod holder clip things that mount to the wall first, now it can hold 2 towels without falling down.

Affordable but flimsy

I bought shower hooks to use on these rods with the plan to hang handbags and totes. The rod extended and installed very easily, but slipped down when I hung the first bag. These are very thin rods; I'm not sure what practical application these could be used for. I returned these and have ordered a more heavy-duty one instead.

I needed a totality of 4.The first one I used (which I have never had to do this before so I might sound as ignorant as I felt) I could not figure out why it didn’t feel secure? One piece of 4 wasn’t the greatest. I mean, with those odds & these prices; how can one complain? They can’t discriminate & eliminate men in the manufacturing industry right?Anywho, to do this - I need to utilize a drill to eliminate the blinds I had (I did end up bleeding at one point, no worries I have glow in the dark bandaids thanks to my 4 year old), then put the pieces of the rod together (two), put the curtains pictured on, & shove them on up there & adjust them right?Well, I make sure them bees were tight (is that how you’re supposed to do it? Unknown- but they are not leaving without my 140 pound body weight 😅🫡) & I’m able to adjust the lace & curtains without any worry of them falling.They did not bend, falter, or break during my roughness.They are my Aelin rods through & through 😉.
