Its great. Tons of compliments from others who see it. When the compliments come those who don't know its background get to hear its story from another person at work who does know. The power of a word hanging on the wall, the commradderie from like minded individuals.....well worth the money. If you are debating this puchase; you should have already bought it.

Smaller than expected but great quality!
Our family loved Ted Lasso, the television series, and a big part of his message to viewers and to his team on the show is that you have to "Believe". Since many of my co-workers also watched and loved the show, I ordered this small plaque and ounted it on the door into my office. It's nice quality, solid, and was easy to mount. Just what I was looking form.
much better than expected. Doesn’t look like thin shiny metal sign. It’s thick with a mat finish, colors are vibrant but not shiny or flashy, and it’s a good size while not being overwhelming. I’m really impressed. Would definitely recommend A++
