I grew up in a culture where it’s normal to wear shoes inside. In my wife’s culture it is normal to remove them. So we came up with a compromise: I just do as my wife says.We got the sign so we don’t have to constantly remind people to take off their shoes when they come over. I have yet to test the efficacy of the sign (ie do people take their shoes off after seeing it), but in my personal testing it worked 100% of the time :)The sign itself is cute. What you see is what you get. The little rope to hang it by makes it bulge out slightly from the wall.. not a big deal, just something to note.

Quality made no shoes in the house door sign

The sign arrived in great shape and not damaged. It’s exactly as advertised. Quite satisfied with the quality as it was made well and wooden board is thick. This sign is not flimsy at all. The white lettering are very visible for sure. I badly wanted this sign as I have a toddler and a baby who both like to crawl and lay on the carpet. Shoes carry a lot of germs and I hate having to wet dry vacuum the whole flooring every time we have visitors. Can definitely recommend this no shoes in the house sign.
