This was so beautiful - it made my dad tear up. He misses my brother terribly so I got him a Christmas gift from my brother who passed so he could light it up when he misses him. It’s nice ambience and the functionality with the remote is great since he can’t get up easy. The size is very nice, was worried it would be small but it’s a perfect size for coffee table or shelf. Even though I was disappointed at the size of this purchase I take full responsibility for not reading the measurements as it was clearly stated in the details. I received many responses from the seller who provided the most courteous customer service experience I've ever had. Even after I apologized and owned up to my mistake of not reading the details and just assuming they all are the same size I was offered and received a refund when I kindly declined. I wanted to provide this update to let everyone know that this seller is legit and cares about ensuring their customers are satisfied with their purchase and if they are not they will do whatever it takes to ensure the customer wants to continue to be a customer. I've never experienced such kind and caring words from a business. This seller needs to show the world how to provide customer service to their patrons because they truly show it. So even though I started out a dissatisfied customer I will continue to support this business and be forever grateful for how they truly care for each customer.
