It has sharp creases that are hard to remove

The color and size was as advertised, but it was very thin and it has harsh creases that are difficult to flatten. I steam cleaned it, ran a steamer on it, and it is still creased. I am going to attach it to the floor with velcro strips to see if I can get it to lay flat. I'm hoping in time it will flatten out. It is still a nice looking rug.
