Don't be intimidated by the size of box delivered, except probably to break it down for the recycle bin. Easy to unpack and shape the stalks (is that the correct word?), maybe 5 minutes. The first cactus I received had 1 of the 3 flowers broken off & it was in the bottom of the box. I requested a replacement. When the replacement came, there were 2 of the 3 flowers broken off which were in the bottom of the box. The plant is very pretty, but I’m definitely not going to re-order. Still waiting for refund
