Stays Put and Feels Substantial

I went with the dark gray in the 23 inch regular recliner size and it fits the chair well once everything is secured. The biggest thing I was hoping for was that it would not constantly shift around every time someone sat down or reclined. So far, it really does stay in place.The installation is straightforward. There are straps that run behind the back and around the foot section, along with button style attachments that help anchor everything. Once those are fastened and adjusted, the cover feels secure instead of loosely draped over the chair. It does not slide forward when the footrest comes up, which is something I have dealt with before using thinner covers.The fabric is thicker than I expected. It has a soft, slightly textured feel, almost like a short pile material, and it adds a bit of cushioning to the chair. It does not feel flimsy or see through. The underside has enough grip to help reduce movement, which definitely helps with daily use.There are side pockets built in, which are practical for a remote or phone. They are positioned in a way that keeps items accessible without sagging.After regular use, the cover has stayed where it was placed without constant readjusting. It protects the upholstery, looks clean, and feels comfortable to sit on for extended periods. If you are looking for a recliner cover that actually secures to the chair instead of just resting on top of it, this one does the job well.

does what it is advertised to do

I can attest that this cover does indeed "stay in place", which I love!my previous recliner cover was similar, but not as thick or high quality fabric like this one. one thing I noticed about the other one was it never seemed to stay in place. this cover is the exact opposite....installation was super easy, probably more easy that the previous cover since this one has cords and buttons that hold the cover in place. I have had it on my chair for about 2 weeks, I use the chair daily, and it is in the same place that I placed it when I installed it.the material is very comfortable, thicker than the other fabric cover I had. it feels like a soft, short cut carpet, very durable and thick. the color is great, I got the dark gray and love the color. the set comes with extra pieces to further secure the arms down, but I didnt need to use them; I just used the ones attached to the main cover: foot area, and 2 behind the back straps. using those, the cover stays in place perfectly for me.I highly recommend this cover, it is high quality, easy to install, and comfortable. I use it on my gaming recliner and never have felt too hot while playing. on the contrary, I have felt very comfortable and my dogs LOVE laying on it too! easily recommended by me!

High quality but pricey!

This is a chair cover for a reclining chair.I needed this as my dog sits in my recliner in my office all day watching me type on the computer. That dog has killed the outer layer of my faux-leather recliner! This cover is essential to prevent the chair from complete ruin (already 80% ruined!).I don't have a Lazyboy but a motorized massage recliner. This was easy to install and the directions were good and easy to follow. Its comfortable and stays in place with the straps and connector dealies. Color was understated and it fit pretty nicely.Overall a nice fit and very useful. Has pockets in the armrest sides and the head/neck portion flips over the back. All of the extra fabric on the fold-overs really keeps it from moving around a lot.Excellent chair cover, only one star off for pricing, a little pricey.

Great slip cover for your favorite recliner!

This SONECREST recliner chair cover slipover is a great way to add some life and function ability to any Lazyboy or non lazyboy type recliner. It fit the recliner really good after using the attachments and the clips that hold the arm storages in place. There are several ways to attach the straps depending on the model and the instructions are clear and easy to read for any type. The buttons and the actual button holes are made heavy duty and do not look like they will pull through. The straps and clip are also of heavier duty construction than you would expect with a slip over cover. It looks great on the recliner and the fabric is like carpet on one side and a nice suede type material on the back to keep it from sliding. All in all, it is a great looking cover that looks like it was made for the chair after adjusting. It is very comfortable does not slide on the chair at all. The pockets are one of my favorite parts , they are made of the same material and lined with the soft suede like material inside. This is a great quality cover for your favorite recliner and most definitely worth the asking price. The pockets are also segmented with a smaller remote pocket as well as the longer magazine pocketson each side. I like that because the remote cannot lay on its side on the bottom making you remove anything else to find it. It sits in its own little pocket ready for use. In case you have 2 remotes, there is a remote pocket on both sides for convienance!
