I always buy this brand, but what happened!?

I always buy this brand, (& have steadily for over a year plus now), but this time around I think I got a returned box of 400. AGAIN!!!!Well that or the company no longer gives a darn.I say that bcuz my huge box of tea light candles are all smashed inward and basically ruined. AGAIN!!!!!I have had to use (againnnn), a metal letter opener to attempt to pry open the smashed & curled-in sides of most of my tea light candles’ cups.I must run it all the way around the rims on the little aluminum tea light cups, to attempt to un-crumple the edges so that when the wax liquefies, it doesn’t just spill out Everywhere!!!I have NEVER received a box from this company this bad ever though!Some were a little dinged, some a bit more, but this months was simply Unacceptable…It had so many smashed ones this time!! I will include two pics of them after I straightened them out and you will see how bad they still are…And that really bothers me bcuz I left a really wonderful, positive & super glowing (& honest) review many months ago helping people pick this product!!!! I truly raved about how great these were!! Then this happens!!!!I left a great review to show and to help choose the better candle so I showed side by side comparisons on how Amazing Stone Briars candles are compared to other brands (including Amazon brand), and I had genuinely meant what I said..and I still do believe these are superior for sure! But only when you don’t have to fix them before you can burn them!Sadly, in addtn to my smashed tea lights, I also, in those last 3 of my last 4 big boxes, received candles in which the wick was placed unbelievably off center….over and over again.Yeah; Not sure what happened there!!!But how the wick was placed in there so crooked and not in the middle is just beyond me and shouldn’t be acceptable either..Bcuz this company is a professional candle making company, so you’d think they’d at least be able to center the wick right!!So it is just my opinion, (but for the amount of money I spend buying these and using these, day after day, year after year, & ESPECIALLY FOR THE Price you all ask!!!!,—-These babies should be made of unicorns, Gold, & rainbows!! And more Gold!!!Or at the very least, they should just be made like they were initially… created w a centered wick and then mailed out in good shape and received NOT smashed!!Truly That’s all that anyone could ask for.And these ARE still (in my honest opinion), the VERY BEST tea light candles anyone could want!! and they are still my Most favorite long lasting and clean burning tea lights that I can buy lately…But, that is ONLY when they arrive in good condition…I am supremely happy when they arrive pristine..Also, last fact but most important,They burn all the way to the last drop normally…which is so great! (& Also why these are far superior usually!!) As most Competitor’s candles left more often than not, nearly 1/2 the wax when the wick is finished!!)So, once whatever has happened to quality control is fixed (& I REALLY HOPE ITS SOON!!!)… I will raise back my review back up to what it was before a definite 5! But as for now tho, a 2 is where it will stay …I just hope that these two problems are fixed by the time I need another pack…and pls just let it arrive——intact——-AND, not needing total re-molding.

Longer-burning tea candles.

Candles are taller than “normal” tea lights, which makes them tight fits in some candle holders. Taller candles equals more wax equals longer burn time—which can be an issue with things like diffusers.

Wicks come apart

This item is a repurchase for me because I’ve loved them in the past. I love that these tealights last much longer than the small ones. But the batch I got has wicks that come out of the wick clip and drown in the wax. I’m hoping it only affects a few or I will not be repurchasing
