Well made, nice texture, blocks light 100%

Works well. It is totally blackout but I recommend you buying twice as much width as the opening. That will prevent cracks between segments where light can come in, and it will also make the curtains hang more naturally in bunches, as it is depicted in the listing photos. I also like the slightly textured pattern of the light beige ones I got, because it makes it look more polished or less cheap than other inexpensive curtains. They are thick which is good for insulating a large window or sliding door. Easy to install but it's better to have to people if you are installing a long rod - which could bend if it's heavy with the curtain on it. Fits my space well. Has no noticeable smell, which is good. Another thing I really like about these curtains, from a style perspective, is that the curains have loops on the back, through which the rod easily slides. In other words, you don't have any cluncky metal rings or attachment hooks showing - which to me makes a curtain in a living space look too much like a shower curtain. Well made and holding up well so far. Another tip: If you are getting these for blackout purposes, I suggest you add an extra inch or two on the bottom so they can slightly gather on the floor. Otherwise you may find have a line of light coming in at the bottom of the curtains. I really researched a lot of curtains and I'm glad I settled on these. Very good value for the modest price.

I LOVE THESE CURTAINS

These curtains are AWESOME. They are truly blackout curtains. They gave the bedrooms that little "ummpf" that made their looks more pulled together. I would suggest that you order yours a little wider than your windows, approximately 4 inches wider, to prevent light from seeping in.

Rough but pretty

The color is true to the picture. They are a little rough, not quite like burlap but def a distant cousin so they don’t sit very nicely (stiff) which is why i took away a star, but we got them more for the thermal use in a sunroom. We use these in conjunction with plastic on the windows so I can’t say that they done have helped w the cold, but it’s better than it was. Will update in the summer. We don’t get a lot of sun on that side bc of trees so I can’t verify the blackout quality, but the quality themselves seem nice enough and for 20$ a pair, can’t complain much. They are heavy and are bending my rod a little and they do bunch weird as they’re just slightly too wide as a pair so they don’t ripple evenly so most sits flat with two bunches as each end. But again, for price and necessity, I’m pleased
