Trust me you’ll love the feel and look that you can accomplish

These curtains are not blackout curtains, and they’re not claiming to be—they’re described as thermal and insulated. They aren’t super thin; they do have a backing, but honestly, they don’t seem like they’ll provide the level of insulation I was hoping for. That said, they are absolutely stunning! If your style is elegant and cozy, these curtains are a perfect choice.For me, they didn’t quite work out because I was trying something new, and I’m not the best at designing, but I can’t get over how gorgeous the velvet is—every time I see it, I fall in love all over again. If that’s the vibe you’re going for, these are a definite must-have. I layered them over my old blackout curtains, so in the photos, that’s what you see, along with how much light filters through. Vintage floral curtains

These curtains are very pretty and really tie a room together. They came out of the packaging nicely and were easy to put up. They do an okay job of blocking light, but for the room we have them in that’s fine. If you want them in a bedroom I would recommend something behind them. They’re really long, which is nice. I didn’t realize they were velvet. I am concerned with them getting dusty over time, but they are machine washable so that is nice. They look great though and I’ve gotten lots of compliments on them!

Quality thick curtains

I got these for my back patio door to have some heavier curtains for the winter and swapped out my gauzy cotton ones. They are heavy enough that I might have to add more support to my rod, they seem like good quality, and are plenty long. They don't block the light fully, not that they claim to be blackout curtains, and I don't want them to be. There isn't enough sun in the winter as it is, I just want them to block the cold air which they seem to do. I like that this was a pack of two rather than having to buy 2 packs and they cover my door fully. Overall I'm pleased with these as my winter curtains. These aren't cheap and maybe there's a better deal out there but they are as advertised.
