I used them outside down 7 wooden stairs and they keep me and the dogs from slipping . I fell and broke my ankle on those stairs before I used them . Not sure how long they last outside but so far about 3 months they are still good .
Perfect for the wood steps to the pool deck!! I was looking for something that would not be too hot for our feet and this worked great!! It did take additional tape to hold it down though.
Looks good and easy to apply but glue is very weak (even though we made sure surface was super clean and dry) - rubber cement solved the issue. Great for the price
This is a nice landing rug for our stairs. It’s mainly for our dog, who is like a furry bowling ball coming down the stairs and needs the added traction. The color is not as dark as I wanted it to be, so it doesn’t quite match our stair treads. Also, it’s not as thick as I wanted it to be. The adhesive on the back is nice because it’s not too sticky so I can adjust if I need to, but it makes me think that it will wear out quickly over time. The one thing I do like is the size. It’s bigger than others I have seen and fits our square landing nicely. I also vacuumed it recently and the dog fur picked up nicely and it didn’t budge one bit.
Bought for friend to place on oak steps to make less slippery. Easy to apply n clean and have made steps far more safe.
The rug itself is great, and the perfect size for our needs. The issue is that it came rolled up and it's been horrible trying to get it to lay flat, even with the grippy bottom. We put heavy laundry detergent bottles around the edges to help. It's taken awhile and it's mostly laying flat, but one side still curls. If it weren't the exact size we need, we would send it back.
After receiving this item, the texture, the color, and the overall feel of it really surprised me. But when I saw that you peel off the backing and it adheres to your flooring, I was totally over the moon. This is for my motorhome bathroom. The toilet sits on a carpeted pedestal. It was severely stained when I purchased it. So after replacing the toilet, next came the carpeting. Meanwhile, I used carpet paint to paint it. Oh, what a mess, HaHa, but it worked until I purchased carpet. Finally, I'm getting around to putting this rug on top of the carpet since I don't know how to remove the carpet without removing the toilet. What led me to this carpet was the size; I needed a 31x31. This was the perfect size and color, so here I am. I will post a pic after the project is completed. So far, I am just pleased as pickles, and excited to finally get this done. It will be another one of my many projects for my RV, completed.
