Beautiful stained glass tulip

I love tulips, they are my favorite flower. I've been slowly adding a collection of them to my office window to brighten everyday while I work. This one is made with good quality glass that has nice coloring to it. The wire framing is a good thickness even though it looks delicate it doesn't bend easily. The hanger is easy to attach and the suction cup sticks to the window very well, always surprising to me.

A piece of art.

This is a colorful, stunning piece of window art. We have our windows lined with real stained glass. We’re in an apartment and all our windows face west. So we really enjoy the brilliance of the sun, penetrating these pieces of stained glass. We have blinds, but no drapes or curtains. These types of window coverings are too confining in our estimation. There is no way that cloth window coverings could ever supplant these exquisite glass pieces.

Not quite stained glass.

This piece looks like stained glass, however it's actually plastic. The pieces are faded and greasy. The crystals that hang from the metal framing are also plastic. The quality just isn't there. It's a pretty looking piece but with glass it could be a beautiful piece.
