Awesome rod! So excited to block out morning sun….

Super easy to install, appreciate that it came with an extra anchor (and screw and Allen tench….which I just realized is for tightening the screws into the brackets …I used pliers…So, in that regard, I would say that the directions were lacking. Being a handy person. (thanks, Dad.). I managed!So at least one install tip. You could put the entire rod together, but the odds are you will not be able to get it through the three brackets. So I simply unthreaded from approximately the center and then I was able to get everything perfectly on the brackets.Also pay attention to the directions, and the labeling specifically A, B1 and C….. as a NC are the end parts that the nice looking and screws onto. And B1 is supposed to allow you to slide. I’m not really sure I understood that piece, but it Hass to go together into the A (and again post construction now I’m thinking that would’ve probably allowed me to get the entire pole in and then the left side at the end).Regardless, I am very happy with this item. Of course it came free as I’m part of the Amazon vine program but I have zero complaints on it only because I’m handy enough to make my way through instructions that were a little lacking.

I liked the look and feel of the curtain rod, however, I wish the length was easier to adjust. The opening I was covering was too wide for the two segments and the adjustable end. However, all three segments and the adjustable end was too long, even with the adjustable end fully inserted into the rod.
