Take a couple days to air this out before setting it on your floor. We needed a soft washable area rug for our grand baby to crawl on and I ordered this to accompany the rug. It gives a little cushioning, never slipped and the toxic smell dissipated before he came to visit. I’d definitely buy this again. It kept the baby off of the hardwood floor.

Non slip rug pad

I ordered it too large and had to cut it to fit. Cut easily with a scissors and was a breeze to cut a straight line. It does hold the rug in place and Marty the cat won't be able to slide on the magic carpet ride anymore.I took a star away because of the smell. Why does it have to smell so bad?I will cut smaller pieces for the rugs in front of the litter boxes. If you have cats you know what I mean.
