Unable to install. The brackets are stuck or glued into the shelf and not removable. This is second set (exchanged) assuming it was just random error of packaging. Second set arrived same as first-impossible to install!!!So in check reviews to see if I was missing a step. Other reviewer complained of same issue!PS their instructions (even if brackets worked) were awful.

Zero.. a waste of money. For some reason they glue the brackets in and makes it impossible to not damage the shelve. Unable to remove the brackets and the metal part is super flimsy.
I was happy to get find that these are actual wood so I'll be able to stain them to match the other wood in my house.They aren't a solid piece of wood but are matched fairly well. The shelves are very lightweight and a good size for shelves. Not so small they they can't be used as intended and not too big that they won't hang, hopefully.Now my concern. Everthing needed to hang them is included but they are intended to hang as you would a picture. Screws in the wall attach to the included metal strip that fits into the recessed area on the back of the shelves. That's going to hold all the weight of the shelf. I wouldn't put much weight at all on it. Upside they would be easy to install using just the screws. But i don't see how they are functional as shelves with anything that has more than a few ounces of weight.Overall, I like the look of the shelves and think when stained they will look good holding picture frames.

The shelves I received came with the invisible laminate support hardware stuck in the shelf mount. I have not been able to remove them by hard or with tools. It is impossible to install the shelves as instructed with the support hardware stuck in the shelf. Really disappointed to get a product that can’t be installed safely.
I'm super impressed that these came with a little level! Obviously an actual level makes it a little easier, but I've installed a lot of shelves and this is the first time I've seen that. The instructions were great, too.The quality on the shelves is good. I like that I'm able to see some of the wood grain through the white paint.I do have plaster walls, which means I needed to use a different type of anchor than was included in the packaging. I have that problem with literally everything, though, so I can't hold it against these shelves.
