Nicely Made & Comfy, Just Wish It Was a Little Bigger

I have an old sofa that I absolutely love. It's oversized and actually deep enough to take a proper nap on when the need strikes. I also have pets, and they have done a number on it over the past decade. I wasn't quite ready to part with it just yet, so I wanted something to cover it while I wring the last few years out of it.I opted for the Chocolate color and went with the extra large size. The sofa it was intended for as I mentioned is oversized and I knew that the regular size wouldn't have a chance. It's a nice color that compliments the rest of the decor in my living room nicely and it is definitely well made. No loose or frayed stitching anywhere that I could find. It is a little on the rougher side as far as fabrics go, but still plenty comfortable to lay/sit on.This isn't an issue with the product, but I do wish they offered a size slightly larger. It fits over the sofa, but doesn't leave much slack at the front or back of the couch. So it does eventually get worked loose and has to be readjusted when it starts to fall off the back off the couch. But I imagine for the vast majority of couches out there, it's going to be plenty large enough where this isn't a concern.All in all, I'm happy with the quality and look of it, and it is much easier to pull off and wash than trying to remove pet hair from the cushions. With the added bonus of improving the aesthetics of my old worn out sofa. And if $60 can buy me a few more years with the best couch I've ever owned, then it's a great value to me as well.

So far, does the job well

My sofa is ancient, but I don't want to replace it until spring rolls around and there's less chance of an impromptu snowstorm while I'm arranging to have the new one arrive and the old one be picked up. There's also a spot where the wood is showing, so this cover prevents any accidental scraping for me or for my pet and protects it in the meantime.It comes in a choice of three colors: chocolate, light gray and beige. I selected the chocolate which does an excellent job of protecting against pet fur/hair, dirt, stains, spills, etc. It also prevents various small items from falling through the sofa cracks, which is a definite bonus.The material is chenille and is instantly comfortable when you lie back against it. So far, it is warm enough for the winter month, although the fabric is described as breathable and it is supposed to remain comfortable year-round. I've not noticed any natural aromas that might irritate my pet who didn't seem to mind or alter her usual eagerness to join me on the couch e after I put the cover on.It is easy to install - just drape it over the desired couch/chair or bed without any special fastenings.The cover may be machine washed on cold and then air dried when necessary.The only drawback I've noticed is that it seems to pull out of place fairly easily even though I tuck one side against the sofa arm and the wall.Overall, it is working out well and looks more attractive in my living room than the uncovered sofa. When I replace the sofa, I can always re-use the cover for a chair or other piece of furniture.

Couch cover

Perfect size for my couch. I washed it straight out of the package on a regular wash and dry. It washed well but it will need extra time on the dry just to make sure theres no leftover wetness. Its very easy to put on the couch and has plenty of fabric to lay nicely. I used fabric pins to make sure it doesn’t slide which is a concern for me. The color is a nice, rich brown and the fabric is thick and not an itchy polyester.
