They are not lined. If you are looking for total blackout you will be disappointed. They are light blocking at best.I bought the grey ones as too and like those equally as well. They provide that extra pop I was looking for.These are crushed velvet, not like the other brands that claim to be crushed. These are super soft. Wrinkle resistant, no steaming required.I think for an Amazon purchase, the quality is good for the price.
