Dripped everywhere

These candles claim that you can light them and they will not drip. I tried three different ones and they all dripped within an hour of being lit. The heat cut through the outer edge, carving a trench, and then wax poured out. They're beautiful, but I couldn't recommend lighting them for more than a couple minutes at a time. If that is how they're supposed to be burned, there's nothing about that in any of the papers and the sticker on the bottom has the same burning recommendations as jarred candles. Gorgeous color and they make great centerpieces. I won't try burning them again, though.

Small pillar candles, white and unscented.

I always keep candles in the house, for mood lighting, as well as emergency lighting, I live by the coast and in winter get some occasional blackouts, handy to have them. They are a good size and burn nicely. No smell or smoke. For mood lighting I sprinkle scented oils on it. I find the scented candles are either too strong or astringent.

This is the second time I’ve ordered this product. We keep them in our disaster, preparedness kit. This winter during a blizzard we were without electricity for four days. In addition to the USB rechargeable lights that we also bought on Amazon, we had this collection of candles. What I love about the candles is that I can put them in a mason jar And I don’t have to worry about anyone or the dog tipping them over. One candle lasted four days of nighttime use. And there is absolutely no scent. These would be great candles for natural disasters and elegant events.
