I have ordered from this merchant several times. Floral Simplicity's products are always great. The Sage and Citrus Scented Sachet Packs are one of my favorite. The fragrance is beautiful and lasts! I use them in my bathroom and my living room. I also shake some in my vacuum bag. Every time I vacuum my whole home smells nice!They are a small business and provide quality items and are always so appreciative for your orders!
I have to be careful of scents that I get due to bringing on migraine headaches but these are subtle enough after awhile that i can have them around. When I first get them, I have to put them in my sunroom or put them in another bag for awhile until the scent subsides a bit, but I'm very sensitive to smells. I love this natural scent and have reordered because of it. They don't drown them in anything too heavy or fake. Thanks for a good product!
We have bought them twice. We both love the scent. When they get faint they go to the dog truck or into the vacuum. I have my second box in the closet (unopened) Closet smells great!
I was replacing sachets from Bed, Bath and Beyond in all of my dresser drawers. I ordered these as they were the same fragrance and were a bit cheaper. I opened the box to find the 6 Sandalwood sachets were unwrapped and loose in the box. They sent an extra sachet in a fragrance called Southerly Wind, which was a nice surprise. It was in a plastic bag. It was the only scent to be smelled. Sandalwood is a very prominent fragrance and not easily overpowered. They were by the1 enclosed gifted sachet. Being an optimist, I shook up Sandalwood sachets and put them in place. The next day, upon opening a drawer, there was nothing. No detectable fragrance at all. All 6 were used in the same dresser. There should have been something...Nope. The previous sachets from BB&B were still fragrant after 6 months. I guess you get what you pay for. Very disappointed. The size is comparable to the sachets being replaced and the exterior of the sachet was durable to prevent tears. Having said that, those qualities really don't matter if there is no fragrance. I will be returning. Sorry, wanted to love them...
The scents were not quite what I expected but I love them! This lavender is very soft and natural with no sharp notes or soapiness. Sometimes lavender is too aggressive-especially in sachets, but this not. The orange blossom reminds me a little of the suntan lotion from my childhood, but nicer.Originally, I wanted sachets to put in my packed away sweaters, but I wound up using them in my drawers, closet, tucked in my bathroom towels. As I walk by I'll get a whisper of scent, not overpowering at all. In a closed bin the fragrance is of course stronger. Anyway, I've got some other stuff to pack away, so I need some more.Edit: The sachets all came in plastic re-closable bags. They thoughtfully included a sample of a lilac sachet and thank you. The only downside was the lilac was pretty strong, so I probably won't use it. Overall, though, I'm happy!
The scent on these is POTENT. Like, leak through the box and permeate my space before I've even opened it. And I wanted to like them. Sage and citrus sounds like such a lovely, soft combination, right? Well...no.Look, if I were rating just on the seller this would be a 5 star product. The little handwritten notes, the extra sachet of another scent to sample...the buying experience was great. And at first I placed the blame for the overly strong scent on the sample. It was a floral sachet and florals and I do not get along. It was banished to the garage.But within 24 hours of opening the box I had to acknowledge the sad truth, these were just too potent for me. I had envisioned a light, fresh scent, but this was strong and cloying. The box got banished to the garage as well. And then the scent started permeating the garage. Now, if a sachet can scent an entire garage it is clearly strong, so if you need a sachet to combat some serious funk (I placed it in our 17 year old's room for about 5 minutes), this is the product for you. But if you are sensitive to strong scents, look elsewhere. This seller has a lot of scents that look intriguing, but I probably won't risk it again. I'm still giving this 3 stars, because I think the blame partly rests with me and my picky nose.
4 of the 6 sachets were open with the some of the contents spilled out in the delivery box. Simple fix, put the contents back in the sachets and staple them up. Scent is very good! Would probably purchase again.
