It did exactly what it was supposed to do for a couple months. Suction was great, it NEVER fell off the shower wall. Then all of a sudden the screen started to go out and you couldn't read the hour, minutes and seconds. The next day the day and most of the other digital readings went out. I changed the batteries but that wasn't this problem. The problem seems to be this isn't water proof and the steam was getting into the electronics and messing up the display screen!

Fell and broke, save your money

*Edit - tried to hang it AGAIN, and it fell AGAIN, and broke this time. So yeah, save your money.The clock itself seems great. Easy to read, shows time, day/date, temp, and has a timer. However, I can't get it to stay adhered to my shower wall. The suction cup it came with was useless. It could barely hold on for seconds, so I decided to use the adhesive hook that came with it. Well, that only lasted 3 days before it went crashing down to the floor. Luckily it didn't break, but what good is this clock if I can't get it to stay hung?

Nice Clock until it Fell Off the Wall and Stopped Working

I would have given this five stars until today, when, 4 months after buying it, it fell off the wall and onto the shower floor. Most phones can endure a fall like that these days, but this clock not only suffered a cracked screen but also stopped displaying anything. I can understand the cracked screen, but that shouldn't have stopped the display from working at all. I would have expected it to be more robust than this. Additionally, it's frustrating that the suction cap didn't hold it in place on the wall.

This works

I have been finding that my shower is the place where I can day dream and lose time while getting ready for work, and I tend to be late to work far more often than I'm on time. So I bought this clock.If I remember correctly there was two ways of mounting the clock. A suction cup and something else. I think a review I saw said something about using warm water on the suction cup. As the other mounting option seemed more complicated, I tried that first. That was a month or two ago. The clock has not fallen down.I mounted it to the right and slightly above the shower faucet so it doesn't get any direct streams of water or major backsplash coming off me.Being a water proof clock, or resistant or whatever, this clock does not have regular buttons. There's just areas at the top with painted decals that sometimes respond to the pressure you put on them. It's almost like you need to concentrate and reach out with your mind to get the buttons to engage.So my clock is 12 hour off. It says it's AM when it's really PM. But beyond that I got the clock set to the right hour. It works good enough so I don't want to mess with it to change it. Probably won't change it in October, or when ever, when we fall back. I don't mess with the stop watch time thing.I just know what time I have to be at work, so what time I need to leave to get there, so what time I need to exit the show to get ready. It works.I bought the clock so I could be late for work less, and it's working out.I was worried that it might add too much stress to my shower, but it's really easy to not look at it if I don't want to.
