Red Rose Garland That Made My Valentine Gift Bags Look Extra Special

Pros:• Bright, classic red that reads well on a porch or doorstep• Plenty of length for multiple small projects (72 ft total across 9 pieces)• Lightweight and easy to cut, wrap, or tie onto bags• Holds up well when handled and moved aroundConsider:• It needs time to air out. Upon opening the plastic wrap, each one has a strong chemical odor. I placed outside for an hour and it dissipated.I used this set in a simple, practical way: I made eight Valentine’s Day miniature mailboxes stuffed with positive notes for neighbors and wanted each one to have a little “wow” detail. Instead of plain ribbon, I snipped and wrapped small sections of these red rose vines around each bag handle and tied them off with what I had on hand. It turned basic bags into something that looked intentionally decorated, like I spent way more time than I did.Look: The red roses pop and photograph well. From normal “someone picking it up off the porch” distance, it looks charming and festive. If you get right up close, you can tell it’s artificial, but it still looks clean and cute, not cheap and sad.Ease of use: The garland is light and flexible, so it’s easy to shape around handles and knots. I cut pieces with regular scissors and didn’t have issues with it unraveling. Since this set is 9 separate garlands, it’s also convenient to grab one strand and work assembly-line style without a tangled mess.Durability: I handled the vines a lot while trimming, wrapping, re-wrapping, and carrying the bags out. The flowers stayed attached and nothing fell apart. For neighbor gift bags, that matters, because they get bumped and moved around.Value/quantity: 72 feet is more than enough for small decorations like this. I had plenty left over for future projects (doorway accents, a centerpiece, maybe wrapping a small wreath).This set worked great for turning “here’s a little thing in a bag” into “someone clearly cared.” It’s an easy way to add Valentine flair without needing craft skills or extra time.

These little garlands are incredible value. You get nine pieces total. The reason I ordered this item is to use them as decoration for a window scene. I plan to do it my flower shop in May. I'm going to do a fantasy enchanted woods scene with flowers. I am going to hang these around like they're part of the woods. For the intents and purposes that I have them for. They are just perfect.I rated these four stars because if somebody was going to see these up close, I would say that they look quite cheap. They don't have a lot of detail and the material is quite thin. The colors are, however, beautiful and I really do like them. I just feel like to justify a five-star review, they would have to be a little more detailed and a higher quality than this.I buy a lot of items such as garlands and backdrops for all my window displays, and I've bought a lot of garlands, and this product, I would say, is decent but not awesome.

These are beautiful and there’s plenty of flowers. There are even zip ties included for hanging the garland. The roses are varying shades of light and dark pink, accented by green petals that are not quite proper rose leaf shape, but they still look good.Considering you get eight pieces of garland, this set is a very good value, and they are a versatile decorating option. They could be used to decorate for spring, a birthday party, church pews, a mantle, bedroom, dorm room, etc., I also just curled one up and put it in a glass bowl, and that looked very nice as well.One downside is that they do shed a bit of lint, tiny little pieces of silk fabric shake out of them when you are first working with them. Here’s hoping that’s just some factory lint that will be once and done, and not be a problem once they are placed on display.

they do look fake

These garlands are cheap, and they kind of look it, but they are nice for the price and the pack comes with a good quantity. The flowers need a little fluffing out of the packaging, they start of squishes, but over all they are cute and helped decorate a large space pretty easily. I wish they looked a little less fake, but they are at least fairly durable. Over all I'm happy with them, but I probably wouldn't get them again because they look pretty fake. I had hoped they would be a bit nicer.

1) Picture 1 shows the garland as it is out of the packaging. You can also see the ties you can use on the garland.2) Picture 2 shows the nine packages of garland as it is packaged separately.3) Picture 3 shows one strand of the garland.4) This garland is alright. Once I combined three of them together, they looked better. The flowers sort of look alright. Some look good and others not so much. When I weaved three of these together, there was a ton of fibers from the flowers that came off on my clothes, but they did look fuller and better. Overall, these strands of flowers alone do not look the greatest, but when put together they look much better.
