A cute sentimental gift and a great deal at under $10
I bought this sea turtle suncatcher for my best friend as a sentimental thank you gift as a reminder of our girls' trip to the coast last summer, and I think it was the perfect way to bring a piece of the beach into her home.Even though it's made of acrylic rather than heavy glass, the colors are incredibly vibrant and it catches the morning light beautifully when it's hanging in a sunny window. Much thought was put into the preparation of this gift package, and I am thrilled to have stumbled upon it! The package itself is a heavier weight 5” cardboard mailer type envelope which unsuspecting onlookers might think contains a CD. On the back side a clear Thank You seal with 2 hearts holds the envelope closed. Inside you will find the turtle ornament, a ribbon to attach to the turtle for hanging purposes, a Journey message card, and a small thank you note. The turtle is a strong acrylic that is approximately 1/8” thick, does not bend, and has 1 small hole drilled through for attaching the hanging ribbon. The turtle itself has a polished glossy side, and the other side has a matte look to it. The colors are vibrant, and as with any suncatcher, when light passes through it, it gleams. The Journey is a beautifully written sentiment with a meaningful message. This can be used as a tree ornament, but is a great size to display in any window. I am super impressed with this whole package, and it is perfectly priced for gifting. RECOMMEND!

We got the octopus. Really lightweight, which makes it an ornament that sits nicely on the tree. It's pretty simple material, but the coloring is spectacular to the eye. It's a bit larger than I expected, but in a nice way. It's a really nice piece of art to have, and I'd highly recommend it if any of your kids (or you) like octopuses.

I’m not entirely sure what I was expecting, but I guess for the price I expected a little bit more.I knew the sun catcher was going to be small, the dimensions are clearly stated in the items gallery. It arrived as indicated with a thank you note and story card which are an added touch for gifting, which is what I intended this for.The sun catcher is merely a stamped piece of acrylic, smooth on the back and only a slightly raised indication of “stained glass” appearance on front. I hope this description will show in my photos to help others make a more informed decision.I will say that the colors are beautifully vibrant in the sunlight, which helps take away from its simplicity. I think that it might even pass off as an ornament on a Christmas tree.Overall I do not feel it is a good value for the price and a little underwhelming.

Used it on my Christmas tree!
I’m not sure the intended use of this beautiful turtle ornament, but mine went immediately to my Christmas tree. It is better in a bright window because, without a light source directly behind it, it’s not as vibrant as when it’s in the sun. It doesn’t matter, though, because I love it on my tree.
