I purchased both the Cozy Lounge and Bachelor Pad sets. I much prefer the Cozy Lounge scents personally, I was looking for a fireside/campfire scent and Crackling Hearth fit the bill. I wasn't as big of a fan of any of the Bachelor Pad ones, but they weren't unusable. Just not my style. All very subjective.I was actually hesitant about getting these since half of the reviews said that they don't emit enough of a smell, but mine work perfectly. Maybe it depends on the batch you get. They quickly filled up my theater room with a strong, lasting scent.The crackling wood wick is a fantastic touch. It can only be heard when there's no noise in the room, and it's comforting to hear. Like you have your own mini fireplace.They're small but they'll last you a good while each. I've been trimming the wick each time as per the instructions and haven't had any issues with them yet.Quite aesthetically pleasing too! Matches my cozy man theater cave. Contributes perfectly to the Fall movie night vibes I wanted to go for.Would make for a lovely gift if you knew what kinds of scents your recipient liked. There are 3 in each so there's a good chance they'll like at least one of em. The Cozy Lounge set is a safe bet. Bit pricey, but was worth it to me.

Overall, subpar (not great)

I thought I would turn to Amazon and find some candles to try for the first time.Bought these as I thought the crackling would spark something like a campfire or wood stove and have a nice smell in the room. Well the first candle blew my mind, the second one wasn't strong in scent and the wick blew out quickly, and the last candle would not stay lit and also burned faster than the second.I ended up getting discount candles at my local store and those were at a minimum 3x better than these. Candle size was also four times in volume.As a gift, it hits the mark. I wouldn't buy these for myself again.

Yikes.

The arrival of a damaged candle through the harsh environment of shipping and receiving is certainly not something I tend to blame on the manufacturer themselves, but in this case, they appear to have forgotten to inflate the protective air bag prior to shipping. Sadly, this is the least of this overpriced turd's problems; they are perfectly sized for the offspring of smurfs and hobbits, but certainly not Homo Sapiens. And finally, catastrophically, the wick does not relight after being blown out or burned for more than a couple of hours. This makes the product literally useless, and I am not interested in some DIY candle hack bs or whatever crap some moron will suggest.In summary, my brethren, this product is a tremendous letdown to my reasonably high expectations. The packaging is quite nice and the candles do smell good(when the wick is functional) and are quite potent as the description lauded. But a few hard L's are enough in this case to demote this crud to an F tier category. Congratulations, buyers, You played yourself!
