Pleasantly surprised! Ordered a couple for myself- it was time for a new candle! And my first impression upon opening and smelling them was that the scent was a lot more mild than I expected. I wasn’t sure if that was a good or a bad thing, so I lit the first candle… still very mild, but pleasant! I find that the fragrance builds over time and eventually gets stronger, but still somehow not overpowering. I suspect its deodorizing power balances the scent. And I love that! I don’t hate bath & bodywork’s candles, but they are STRONG smelling. These candles are a much lighter, less overpowering variety.
