Loose and messy product this time

I love this scent, yes. But this candle arrived with lots of loose candle wax particles and debris around the rim and lid. Sort of unsightly. And then the entire candle fell out of the glass container! I was able to replace it, but that should not happen. Lovely smell, but poor quality product this time.
