This rug is beautiful deep colored. Not super thick but does the list of what we wanted under our dining table. Only day one but appears to already be flattening out. After looking online on various sites, we found this rug was attractive & priced right! Did I mention it says “washable”? Big win! Works for us!
5 stars from the gate. This rug far exceeded expectations. Be a good consumer and read reviews before purchasing anything. I got the 14ft runner rug and couldn’t find many reviews for that length specifically.Here we go:1. Ship quality - received rolled and double wrapped in plastic. Shipped on time and the plastic wrap was dirty but not damaged. Rug inside wasn’t dirty, just shipping dirt.2. Lay quality - rolled out very easily, was not stiff at all. The corners did have some curl to them so layed some heavy books down. I probably should have been more careful with this placement as I did the corners and then half way. She has a slight curve to her now but I honestly don’t mind at all. It’s character!3. Price for quality - honestly this was the best price point I found by far for the length I needed. I’ve had woven rugs before and they can be pricy. I was hesitant for the synthetic fiber (machine washable) but I’m overall impressed with the quality. No fraying at the corners or edges so far after multiple vacuums. It vacuums well, I’m old school with my plugin push vacuum and it lays fine while vacuuming.Colors are exactly what I wanted and as advertised!Overall highly impressed with this rug, I’ve purchased from this brand several times and will probably get a couple more variations of this one!!

This rug is beautifully made and looks fantastic in my space. I absolutely love how easy it is to clean—just toss it in the washer and you’re good to go! It’s the perfect combination of quality, convenience, and style.
I was so dissatisfied with the rug when we received it and removed the cellophane wrap. The rug has multiple defects in the sewing of the rug. There are approximately 9 different very serious and noticeable places on the rug and defects on the manufacturing of the rug. I took photos and sent them to the Safavieh customer service department. I did get a response and was told they were investigating it. They then sent email to tell me they are trying to schedule inspection. We received the rug Feb.2, 2026. I sent a follow up and still have not heard anything as to date 2/23/26. This is unacceptable. My score would be a zero if that was a choice.
Very mixed feelings about this rug. The pros are: soft underfoot (we do have a 1/8" felt pad), colors are rich (actually darker than they appeared on my monitor) and there is nice contrast between lights and darks that make the rug pop visually. Material is heavy enough that it stays put and doesn't slide around. Cons: While both sides of this rug have visible flaws in the braiding, one side is significantly worse than the other--so much so that I would be reluctant to flip the rug over. Finally, multiple reviewers noted the rug has never flattened out, which I believe is because the rug was actually stretched out when it was rolled up for shipping. It's been about three weeks, and the ripples in our rug are stubbornly refusing to flatten out, so I am going to try steaming them to see if that works. I hate ordering rugs online because you just never know what the quality is until it arrives. I will say It is a pretty rug, and If you can live with the imperfections and the shorter lifespan (due to not being able to use both sides of the rug), these cons may not bother you.
